NeuroPaths will be assist in the repair or replacement of the offered Product(s) in the event of malfunction as per the manufacturer’s warranty unless the damages are the result from the customer’s improper use, abuse, droppage, leaking batteries, loss, theft, fire, water or other similar damages during the warranty period.

 

All items listed on Order Form are considered experimental and not tested by the FDA. They are classified for the most part as biofeedback devices intended for relaxation and stress relief only, any other positive side effects are not implied.

 

Always consult your doctor before making any changes to your life style and/or relaxation/dieting techniques.

 

The customer acknowledges that have they consulted with their physician before pursuing any demos, use, and/or purchases of any of the above offered products. 

 

If a product is ordered, the user(s) agree to hold all demonstrators, facilities and employees where the demonstrations are held as well as Chiral Corporation /NeuroPaths, its premises, officers, affiliates and employees, entirely harmless for any and all consequences (real or perceived) that may result prior to, during and after any and all demonstrations and/or product use or misuse.
